At GetWellDepot, our priority is to ensure you receive your order in proper condition. Please review our Refund Policy carefully, as it works in conjunction with our Shipping Policy and Return & Replacement Policy.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- An order is canceled before shipment.
- A product cannot legally be shipped to your address due to state or local restrictions.
- A replacement item is not available for a verified defective or damaged product.
Refunds are not available for:
- Products that have been opened, used, or consumed.
- Products returned without prior authorization.
- Dissatisfaction with product effects or results (effects vary by individual).
Refund Process
- If eligible, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days of approval, but may vary depending on your financial institution.
- If your order was paid with store credit, any approved refund will be reissued as store credit.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
- If a package is returned after leaving our facility, a 15% restocking fee and return label fee will apply.
- If the order was shipped with a signature waiver, refunds will not be issued for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
How to Request a Refund?
To request a refund, please email support@getwelldepot.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- A detailed explanation of your request
- Supporting documentation (such as photos, if applicable)
Our customer support team will review your request and notify you if a refund is approved or denied.

- Refunds are issued at the discretion of GetWellDepot once all documentation is received and verified.
