Return and Replacement Policy

Please review our official Return and Replacement Policy below. Our goal is to ensure every order arrives in proper condition.
Edible and Consumable Products (Heat-Sensitive Items):
  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@getwelldepot.com.
  • Please include:
    • A detailed description of the issue (for example, melting, leakage, or broken seals)
    • The email address used to place the order
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the affected product(s), the packing slip, and the shipping box as it arrived
  • If your request meets our replacement requirements, a replacement will be shipped once all documentation is received and your claim is verified.
Inhalable and Device-Style Products (Defective Items):
  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getwelldepot.com.
  • Please include:
    • A detailed description of the issue (such as clogging, failure to activate, or other malfunctions)
    • Photos of the defective product(s)
  • Please note: Some brands may require defective items to be reported directly to the manufacturer.
  • If your request meets our replacement requirements, a replacement will be shipped once all documentation is received and your claim is verified.
Important Notes:
  • There are no replacements, returns, exchanges, or store credits for products that do not meet your expectations regarding effects. Because results vary for every individual, reasons such as “I did not like the effect” will not qualify for replacement. No exceptions.
  • If you wish to return a package that has already left our facility, a return label fee will apply, along with a 15% restocking fee. No exceptions.
