Shipping Policy
At GetWellDepot, we work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly, shipped securely, and delivered in proper condition. Please review the following shipping guidelines before placing your order.
Order Processing
- Standard processing time is 24–72 hours after payment is received.
- In most cases, orders are shipped within 24–48 hours.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
- We ship using trusted carriers with tracking provided for every order.
- Estimated delivery times and available shipping methods are displayed at checkout.
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Signature Requirement
- For your first order, a signature will be required upon delivery.
- A signature is also required for all orders over $300.
- If you choose to waive the signature requirement through the carrier, GetWellDepot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order is marked as delivered.
Shipping Restrictions
- Certain products may not be available for shipment to specific states, regions, or jurisdictions due to local laws and regulations. Orders placed for restricted areas will be canceled and refunded.
- Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Heat-Sensitive & Fragile Items
Some items are sensitive to temperature or handling during transit. While we take steps to protect your package, we cannot guarantee against issues caused by extreme heat, cold, or carrier mishandling. Please see our Return & Replacement Policy for instructions on reporting issues such as melting, leakage, or damaged products.
Lost or Stolen Packages
GetWellDepot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your order is lost in transit and not marked delivered, please contact support@getwelldepot.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we may assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
- GetWellDepot is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require the customer to pay reshipping fees.
Returns of Shipped Packages
- If you request to return a package that has already shipped, a return label fee and a 15% restocking fee will apply. Please see our Return & Replacement Policy for full details.
