3.2. FDA Disclaimer: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results may vary. Please consult your doctor before consuming any new products. Our products are not for use by or for sale to persons under the age of 21. Kratom is banned in the following areas and we do not ship to: ALABAMA, ARKANSAS, INDIANA, RHODE ISLAND, VERMONT, WISCONSIN and FLORIDA. SARASOTA COUNTY, UNION COUNTY, MALHEUR COUNTY, DENVER CO, SAN DIEGO CA, OCEANSIDE CA, JERSEYVILLE IL, ALTON IL, EDWARDSVILLE IL, FRANKLIN LA, COLUMBUS MISSISSIPPI, SEVERAL COUNTIES IN MISSISSIPPI and the following Parishes in Louisiana: ASCENSION, CONCORDIA and RAPIDES. We do not ship internationally.

3.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect misuse, fraud, or shipping to restricted locations.

4. Shipping & Delivery Restrictions

4.1. Our U.S.-based warehouse ships most orders within 1–2 business days.

4.2. We do not ship internationally.

4.3. Certain states and local jurisdictions prohibit shipment of kratom products.

4.4. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery addresses are accurate and shipping-compliant.
